In this session Jerry shares personal experiences with “panic” during speaking events, as well as sharing effective tools and techniques to manage and overcome this challenge. He describes the psychological triggers that cause panic and physiological responses; giving specific techniques to “survive” and move ahead. “It’s important for all of us to have a few basic tools in our “back pocket” to combat panic, in case the need should ever arise.”
